How do you count claims?
A claim is one 837D submission to insurance. If a claim is resubmitted after a denial that counts as one additional claim.
How do eligibility checks work?
Each appointment on your schedule gets one eligibility check included in your plan. Re-checks count as additional checks. Most practices never exceed their monthly bundle.
What if I go over my tier limit?
We will notify you and discuss upgrading your plan. We never stop processing your claims without notice.
What does the founding partner rate lock mean?
Your monthly rate at the end of the 90-day period never increases as long as you remain a Lyncoris customer. If standard pricing goes up yours stays the same.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. Month to month. Cancel any time with 30 days notice.
What practice management systems do you support?
Open Dental is live today. Dentrix and Eaglesoft are on our roadmap for later this year.
Is my patient data secure?
Yes. We are HIPAA compliant and sign a BAA with every practice. Patient data is encrypted in transit and at rest. BAA available on request.
